Shipping & Returns and Warranty

DELIVERY

Once your order has successfully been processed and payment has been made, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This will contain information on the shipping time for each item on your order. We will generally dispatch your order within two business days.

Delivery times vary depending on the product you have ordered and the delivery address

Deliveries typically occur within:

  • 2-5 Business days for Capital Cities
  • 5-10 days Business days for WA, TAS and NT

Delays may occur during holiday and peak periods or extreme weather conditions.

RETURNS AND WARRANTY -

Warranty Claims

In the event of a warranty claim, you are required to return the products back to DRAGON KAYAK. Costs associated with returning the goods will be borne by you, the customer. If the issue is deemed by us upon investigation to be a manufacturing fault, we will repair, refund or replace the faulty goods. Any transportation of the replacement kayak or products will be arranged at the expense of the customer. In the event that we receive a returned product under a warranty claim, and we deem the claim to have no basis, the cost of returning the product to the customer will be at the expense of the customer.

All products comes with a 12 month warranty for manufacturing faults. The following warranty applies for different model kayaks.

5 years limited warranty for Profishers for purchases made after September 2016. 

3 years limited warranty for Baby Profishers, Family kayaks, Slayers ,Hunters and The Warrior for purchases made after June 2017.

These extended warranties cover the hull of the kayak(below waterline of the kayak) only for manufacturing faults. Warranties do not cover wear and tear, physical impact or damage during use or transport.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
